Who can open a trade account with Ruvolla?

Trade accounts are for registered businesses buying for resale — boutiques, independent jewelers, retail stores, distributors, and Etsy or Shopify sellers. We don't sell to individual consumers. Apply at trade application.

How do I see your prices?

Exact prices are visible to approved trade accounts. As a guide, most designs cost about USD 14 to 28 per piece depending on weight, with light charms and earrings below that and chains and bangles above it. Apply at trade application; once approved, full pricing, SKU, average weight, and plating options appear on every product page.

Can I see a price list before applying?

Do you give volume discounts?

Yes: 3% from USD 1,000, 6% from USD 2,000 and 9% from USD 3,500.

How long does trade account approval take?

Applications are usually approved the same day (Istanbul, GMT+3). You will hear from us either way. If you have not heard back within two business days, email help@ruvolla.com.

Is pricing in USD or EUR?

Pricing is set in USD as the base currency, with EUR shown for reference. Invoicing currency is confirmed on your proforma before payment.

Ordering & MOQ

What is MOQ in wholesale jewelry, and what's yours?

MOQ (minimum order quantity) is the smallest amount of one design a supplier will produce per order. Ours is 5 pieces per style — you can order 5 of one SKU and 5 of a completely different SKU in the same order, but each individual SKU needs to reach 5.

Is there a minimum order value as well as a per-style minimum?

Yes. The minimum order value is USD 500, alongside the 5-piece minimum per style. You can reach it by mixing any styles and categories you like. We publish this figure so you can decide whether we fit your buying pattern before you apply.

Can I mix different categories in one order?

Yes. There's no requirement to order within one category — you can combine bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings in a single order, as long as each SKU meets the 5-piece minimum.

How do I place an order once I have an approved account?

Browse the catalogue, add your chosen SKUs with plating and micron selected per style, and submit the order request. You'll then receive a proforma invoice confirming the order, lead time, and payment terms before production starts.

Plating & quality

What plating options do you offer?

Yellow gold in a 14K or 18K colour tone (your choice), rose gold and rhodium. Standard plating is included in the catalogue price. Gold plating can also be ordered at a stated thickness: on each product page you can choose 0.10, 0.20, 0.25, 1.00, 2.00 or 2.50 micron, and the price updates for that design. What micron thickness should I choose?

For everyday pieces, 0.10 to 0.50 micron is usually the best value; thicker micron (1.00 and above) suits higher price points and pieces that see more daily friction, like rings and bracelets. Full guidance is on our plating and quality page.

Is your jewelry solid 925 sterling silver?

Yes, every piece is 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver) as the base metal, with plating applied over that base in the finish and micron you select.

Is every piece stamped 925?

Yes. Every piece we make is 925 sterling silver and carries a 925 stamp.

Can you provide a test report for the silver?

Yes. With your order, we can have a test report issued for any piece you choose from it.

Can you provide a REACH test report?

Yes. A REACH test report can be provided with your order. Tell us when you order if you need one for selling in the EU.

What happens if there's a problem with the plating?

We stand behind our products. Send us a photo and we credit it as a balance on your next order. How long a finish lasts depends on the micron you choose and how the piece is worn and cared for, so we don't put a number of years on it.

Do you offer 18K gold plating?

Standard gold plating comes in a 14K or 18K gold colour tone, as you prefer. Stated-micron 18K plating goes up to 4 micron. A thicker layer doesn't lengthen production time.

Is plating done in-house?

Yes. Gold, rose gold and rhodium plating are all applied in our own workshop in Fatih, at the micron thickness chosen for your order.

What if a piece arrives with a defect?

Every order is quality-checked before packing, so this is rare. If it happens, the piece is returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, or compensated as a balance on your next order.

Do you check quality before shipping?

Yes — before packing, we check weight against the SKU's listed average, stone setting security, plating colour consistency across the order, and overall polish and finish.

Can I mix plating types within the same order?

Yes. Plating and micron are chosen per style, so you can put rhodium on some SKUs and 14K gold or rose gold on others within one order.

Production & lead time

How long does production take?

Every order ships within about a week of payment confirmation, whatever the quantity, and we share the tracking details by then. International transit comes on top of that.

Do you hold finished stock I can order without waiting for production?

No. We manufacture made to order rather than holding finished stock in fixed platings, so every order goes through production after it's confirmed.

Can you manufacture my own designs?

Yes. Custom manufacturing starts at 20 pieces per design, with no modelling or mould fee on production orders. If you want a physical sample first, modelling and mould are charged once, USD 70 to 120 depending on the piece, and the amount stays as a balance against your production order. We work from 3D files (STL/CAD) or from sketches with dimensions, and pieces come to you finished: cast in 925 sterling silver, polished, plated, stones set and quality-checked, with your logo stamped if you like. Your designs stay yours: the CAD files and moulds made for you belong to you, are used only for your orders, and are handed over if you ask. Do you make wedding bands and name jewelry?

What happens after I confirm payment?

Production starts once payment is confirmed on your proforma. Your order then moves through casting, stone setting, plating, quality check, and packing before it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

New accounts pay upfront by bank transfer (USD or EUR) or card. Established accounts with an ordering history may be offered payment terms.

When do I pay — before or after production?

You pay after receiving and confirming your proforma invoice, and before production starts. No payment is taken when you first submit an order request.

Can I get payment terms as a new customer?

New accounts typically pay upfront. Payment terms are generally available to accounts with an established ordering history — ask us directly once you've placed a few orders.

Shipping & customs

How do you ship orders?

Orders ship EXW Istanbul or DAP, using DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, TNT or Aramex, with international transit typically taking 3–7 business days to Europe on top of production time. For the UK it is usually 1 to 3 business days and for the US 2 to 3; for other countries we confirm the time on your proforma. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Do I pay import duty on jewelry from Turkey?

Yes — under both EXW and DAP, you're the importer of record and are responsible for import duties and VAT in your own country. Rates depend on the product's tariff code and destination, so we can't quote a flat rate; your customs broker or courier can confirm the exact figure.

What's the difference between EXW and DAP?

EXW means you arrange and pay for freight from Istanbul yourself; DAP means we arrange freight to your address, though you still handle import duties and VAT on arrival either way. See shipping for more detail.

How do I import jewelry from Turkey to the UK, US, or EU?

You'll need a customs broker or your courier's brokerage service to clear the shipment, declare the correct tariff code, and calculate duties and VAT for your country. DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, TNT and Aramex all offer brokerage as part of their international service.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, tracking is provided once your order is handed to DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, TNT or Aramex.

How do I price wholesale jewelry for retail?

That depends on your market and margin targets, but most retailers apply a multiple to landed cost (product cost plus shipping and duties) rather than to the wholesale price alone, since duties and freight add real cost per piece. What chain lengths do your necklaces come in?

Necklaces are usually available in 40, 45, 50 and 55 cm. The length options for each design are shown on its product page.

What earring closures do you use?

The closure depends on the design. Across the range we use butterfly backs for studs, hooks, lever-backs and hinged hoops, and each product page shows the closure for that model.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. On request we send a brass sample of a catalogue design free of charge, and you only cover the shipping; it shows the design and size, and your order itself is made in 925 sterling silver. Do you supply packaging and labels?

We don't supply packaging or labels ourselves. We work with partner companies that do, and on request we can ask them for prices for you. See private label jewelry.

Can you put my logo on your catalogue pieces?

Yes. We stamp your logo next to the 925 stamp, inside the band on rings, and we can attach a small logo plate at the end of a chain. See private label jewelry.

Do you make moissanite jewelry?

Yes, to order: moissanite set in 925 silver, D or DEF colour, with GRA certificates for all stones. It isn't in our online catalogue. See moissanite silver jewelry.

Which countries do you sell to?

We sell to trade buyers worldwide, including Europe, the UK, the US, the Gulf and the wider Middle East, and ship by express courier. Shipping from Turkey to Israel is currently not possible.

When should I order for Christmas or other seasons?
