To have wholesale silver jewelry in your shop on time, pay about three to four weeks before you want to start selling. At Ruvolla, every order is made to order and ships in about a week after payment. Express delivery then typically takes 1 to 3 business days to the UK, 2 to 3 to the US and 3 to 7 within Europe. For other countries, we confirm the time on your proforma. Your own custom designs need longer, so allow about three extra weeks.
Pay-by dates for the next seasons
These dates aim to have stock in your shop before the selling period starts. Couriers and customs can be slower in peak season, so earlier is safer.

How to place a seasonal order
Send us this, by email or on WhatsApp, and we can confirm the timing straight away:
- Season and date: for example, "stock in my shop by 28 November".
- Your city and country, so we can confirm shipping.
- Product codes and quantity: 5 pieces per design, and your first order starts from USD 500.
- Finish for each design. Mixing finishes within a design is fine.

Why made-to-order changes your planning
We don't hold finished stock, so we can't send a design the same day. In return, you choose the finish per design, and a reorder takes the same time as the first order. Order your best sellers early, and leave time for one reorder during the season if you can.
Seasonal designs made only for you
A season is a good reason to have a design no nearby shop has. Your own designs start from 20 pieces per design, your logo stamp is free of charge on custom orders, and a sample is delivered in about a week. Use our custom manufacturing quote form and tell us your date.
Frequently asked questions
When should jewelry retailers order for Christmas?
Pay by about 16 November to have stock for the whole season when you buy made-to-order jewelry from abroad. If you only want a late top-up, about 1 December is the practical limit for a European delivery before Christmas.
How far ahead should a boutique plan seasonal jewelry?
Three to four weeks before your selling period for catalogue designs, and about seven to eight weeks for your own designs, so there is time for a sample.
Do you offer seasonal jewelry in small quantities?
Yes. The minimum is 5 pieces per design with a first order from USD 500, and you can mix designs and finishes.
Can I reorder during the season?
Yes. Each reorder is produced and ships in about a week after payment, and delivery comes on top.
