You can visit Ruvolla in Istanbul. Our workshop is in Cemberlitas, Fatih, next to the Grand Bazaar, and we welcome trade buyers by arrangement. Every order is made to order and takes about a week after payment, so we don't have a shelf of finished stock to choose from. If you want to take your pieces home, send us your selection and pay at least a week before your trip, and they will be ready for you to collect.

We are in the Cemberlitas area of Fatih, close to the Grand Bazaar. The Cemberlitas stop on the T1 tram line is the nearest stop. Message us before you set out and we will guide you from the street.
How to plan your trip
- Open a trade account. Apply online before you travel. It is usually approved the same day, and you can see all prices and weights.
- Tell us your dates. Message us on WhatsApp at +90 540 281 15 53 or email help@ruvolla.com with the day you would like to come.
- Choose your designs. Send us the product codes and quantities from the catalogue, or tell us what you sell and we will prepare a short selection.
- Pay ahead if you want to collect. Production starts once payment is confirmed and takes about a week. Allow time for your bank transfer to arrive.
- Come and see the work. You can check the pieces, talk to us about plating, stones and custom work, and take your order with you.
What to expect when you visit
This is a working workshop, not a shop. There is no walk-in retail, and we sell to businesses only. The visit is most useful when you want to meet the people making your jewelry, compare finishes, or talk through your own designs. If you can't come, we can arrange a video call and show you the casting, setting and plating stages on video.

If you are in Istanbul for one day and need to carry stock home the same evening, the bazaar is the realistic choice. Paying and taking your order home
New accounts pay in advance by bank transfer or card, in USD or EUR. You receive a proforma invoice first, so you can confirm the amount before you pay.
If you carry goods with you, you are the importer and are responsible for declaring them in your own country, including any duty and VAT. Rules differ by country, so check them before you travel. We are a workshop and work to order, so please don't plan on buying from a shelf. Send your selection ahead and pay at least a week before your trip, and your pieces can be ready for you to collect.

No. We make each order after it is confirmed, in the plating you choose. Production takes about a week after payment.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please arrange it with us first. Message us with your date and we will confirm a time and share directions.
Can individuals visit to buy one piece?
No. We sell to businesses only. If you are buying for yourself, the shops of the Grand Bazaar are a better fit.
Can we discuss my own designs at the workshop?
