All Ruvolla jewelry is 925 sterling silver, plated to order in 14K gold, rhodium or rose gold. Choose your micron thickness — 0.10, 0.20, 0.25, 1.00, 2.00 or 2.50 — when you place your order, and plating is applied to match. This piece is made to order in our Istanbul workshop rather than pulled from finished stock, which is what lets us offer plating and micron choices on every SKU. The minimum order is 5 pieces per style. Once you submit an order request, we confirm plating, pricing and lead time on a proforma invoice before production starts.

Orders ship EXW Istanbul or DAP by DHL Express or UPS, with international transit typically taking 3–7 business days once production is complete. New trade accounts pay by bank transfer in USD or EUR, or by card, with terms available to established accounts. As the buyer, you're responsible for any import duties or VAT charged when your order clears customs.
